Community guidelines

These guidelines govern content and conduct across GenNova Dev: public websites, login, reviews, contact forms, support, and apps (data sync, Gennova Platform, Gennova Heroes). They are written for workplace and commerce use — not a public social network — and follow Vietnamese law, including the Cybersecurity Law, Personal Data Protection Law 91/2025/QH15, and Consumer Protection Law 19/2023/QH15. These rules apply to everything you create, upload, send or share on GenNova Dev: posts, comments, messages, files, images, reviews, display names, shop names, integration descriptions, and support tickets.

  • Content must be lawful, truthful, and not harmful to people or the system.
  • Do not post false or unverified information to cause panic, fraud or insult.
  • Do not create spaces (chats, feeds, support channels) to harass or attack others.
  • Violations may lead to removal, suspension or termination, and — where required by law — notice to competent authorities.
  • GenNova Dev may update these guidelines; the current version is always posted with the update date. They form part of the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

Do not post, share or store content prohibited under Vietnamese law, even in private support messages. Examples (non-exhaustive): propaganda against the State, historical distortion, incitement of ethnic or religious division; crime tutorials, weapons/explosives, terrorism; unlawful disclosure of state or private secrets.

We may filter, refuse to store, or remove content when we detect a violation.

If you use GenNova to sell, describe products, review, or support customers, do not promote or transact illegal or specially regulated goods without the required licences. Restricted topics include firearms, explosives, narcotics, endangered animals, alcohol and tobacco advertised or sold unlawfully, and other goods subject to conditional business. GenNova is not a public marketplace; licensing remains the customer organisation’s duty.

Fraud of any kind is forbidden, including job, investment, credit, product, romance or security-information scams.

GenNova Dev staff never: ask for OTP, passwords or recovery codes via chat, phone, social media or unknown email; ask you to scan an unknown QR code, install unofficial remote-support software, or pay “activation fees” outside an official invoice; impersonate Haravan, Nhanh.vn, MISA, Sapo or similar to obtain shop access.

Official channels: gennovadev.com and *.gennovadev.com, email ending @gennovadev.com (info@gennovadev.com). If you see impersonation, do not click, do not share OTP, and report to that address.

Do not flood the service manually or automatically. Do not buy or sell GenNova accounts, org/shop admin rights, or fake reviews. Do not use third-party tools for unauthorised access, rate-limit evasion or harm. Do not impersonate GenNova to sell fake licences. Do not share misleading links (display domain ≠ real domain, bait content, fake organisations).

Do not post nudity, sexual activity, solicitation, pornography or prostitution arrangements — including in internal chat or tickets. Content involving children is strictly forbidden (see section 9).

Do not incite violence, terrorism, theft or vandalism, or promote dangerous organisations. Do not post graphic content or harmful challenges. Do not post animal cruelty except lawful contexts (agriculture, self-defence) and never to promote abuse.

Do not create accounts, display names, logos or documents that impersonate a person, company, State body or GenNova Dev. Organisations are responsible for accounts they issue to staff.

Child sexual content, abuse, trafficking or forced labour is strictly forbidden. GenNova is not for children to self-register. We remove such content, lock related accounts and may notify authorities. See also the children section of the Privacy policy.

Do not post, trade or leak other people’s personal data without a legal basis. Malware, stalkerware and unlawful collection tools are forbidden. Redact IDs, bank statements and private messages unless strictly needed for a support case.

Do not post content that infringes copyright, trademarks or trade secrets. Report claims to info@gennovadev.com (subject: Intellectual property) with evidence. We will review and remove where warranted.

We may warn, remove content, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts, end service contracts, and keep logs for investigation. Report to info@gennovadev.com with a link/screenshot, time and a short description. Do not file false reports.
